Crisp County Juvenile Court

The Crisp County Juvenile Court is part of the Cordele Judicial Circuit. The Crisp County Juvenile Court has jurisdiction over juvenile matters involving allegations of Delinquency, Dependency, Children in Need of Services, Children subject to Termination of Parental Rights or Permanent Guardianship, youth receiving Extended Care Services from the Department of Family and Children Services, Juvenile Traffic offenses, emancipation, and other proceedings requiring judicial consent.

The Juvenile Judge and Legal Assistant are in Court most days each week. If you cannot reach someone in the office, please contact the Clerk’s office and leave a message. All messages will be returned within 24 hours.
