The regular Commissioners Meeting is on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Room 305 of the Crisp County Government Center. Commissioner Meetings are now audio- and video-recorded. To view the recorded Commissioners Meeting, click HERE.

CCRD Registration Information

All registration is conducted in our administrative offices at 1205 N. 5th St. Extension. Office hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday. (Specific dates for each activity are listed under the Youth Athletics tab.)

1. Bring a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate for our files.

2. Bring the activity fee, if applicable.

3. Complete our activity registration form.

4. Mail-in registration with payment is available.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards. You may also pay by check, money order or cash. Out-of-county residents are required to pay an additional 25% out of county fee for each activity registered for.

Refunds

No refunds will be granted for any program or activity once the activity has started and/or teams have been selected.
