Licensing

The Finance Department is responsible for administering and issuing business licenses and other licenses as authorized by state law and County ordinances. The Finance Department administers the County’s occupation tax, regulatory fees, administrative fees, Adult Entertainment Ordinance, and Alcohol Beverage License Ordinance.

The Finance Department also assists businesses and individuals with licensing requirements, applications, and renewals and verifies that contractors licensed by the State maintain current and valid certifications.

The Finance Department is committed to providing accurate, efficient, and professional licensing services while ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and County ordinances.
