The Lake Blackshear Area Water System, serving a population of over 4000 people in Crisp, Sumter, and Worth counties are pleased to report

that the communities drinking water met or exceeded all safety and quality standards set by the State of Georgia and The Environmental

Protection Agency during the previous year. The 2025 Water Quality Report provides customers with detailed accounts of all the monitoring

and testing results gathered from water testing during the year. Crisp County Waterworks’ employees are committed to providing you with

safe, dependable tap water on a year round basis, and are proud to provide the enclosed information.

Crisp County Board of Assessors
Notification

In accordance with Georgia law, the Crisp County Board of Assessors must notify property owners before making a site visit. Notice is hereby given that a representative of the appraisal staff will review and inspect properties for the current digest year. The appraisal review may include measuring structures, listing construction information, and photographing the subject property.>

Notice is also given that an on-site inspection may be required for real or personal property for which a return has been filed. Said property visit will be for the purpose of determining the correctness of the information contained in the county’s appraisal record for the property.
