The Finance Department is responsible for safeguarding the assets of Crisp County through the development and implementation of sound financial policies and practices. The Department is responsible for budget, accounting, audit, business licensing, fixed assets management, payroll processing, purchasing, obtaining Federal and State grants, and mail services.
