Clerk of Superior & Juvenile Courts

The Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Courts is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the official records of the Superior and Juvenile Courts. The Clerk’s Office provides administrative support to the courts and serves as a resource for attorneys, litigants, law enforcement agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities include maintaining court records and files, processing and recording legal documents, managing court calendars and filings, issuing various court-related documents, and assisting with the administration of court proceedings. The Clerk’s Office carries out these responsibilities in accordance with Georgia law and established judicial procedures.
