Meetings

MINUTES OF THE CRISP COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC FORUM HELD ON DECEMBER 21, 2012

Chairman Mathis called the public forum to order with Commissioner Clark Henderson in attendance. Others present were County Administrator Tom Patton and Finance Director Sherrie Leverett. Pat Story gave the invocation, and Administrator Patton led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America. Chairman Mathis welcomed all in attendance and stated that this is a public forum which will allow the citizens of Crisp County to offer comments regarding the trash situation. The purpose of the forum is to hear from you by providing you an opportunity to speak and offer suggestions. In order to be recognized for comments, you must first register your name, address and contact information on the sign in sheet located on the table. When your name is called, we ask that you come to the front to offer your comments and in order to hear from as many citizens as possible in the time allowed; each speaker will be limited to three minutes. Attached is a list of people that spoke at the public hearing. Commissioner Henderson responded to questions concerning the recycling center, and explained why the center canŐt be reopened under the present setup with the bond issue.
